Relationships can be great, though not all the time. People argue and break up but there are so many enjoyable aspects of being in a relationship like you having someone to talk to about everything, even in the midst of challenges. But I’m not exactly here to talk about relationship goals or the best parts of being in a relationship.

Yes, every relationship has its own challenge but it gets rocky when one half of the couple has to deal with mental health issues. I’ve spent a long time struggling with romantic connections because my anxiety and mood disorder always drove a wedge between me and anyone I got really close to. I’d constantly beat myself up and overthink everything when it all went wrong.

Now, I’m in a relationship and I’m getting better at managing my mental health although, OCD and mood disorders still pervade my day to day…

HOW TO ACTIVATE YOUR SCHOOL EMAIL ACCOUNT

Federal University Oye Ekiti has Custom email address for the entire  students registered in the school as a student. It has became second nature year in, year out. With this email address, students would be able to activate their internet service (WiFi)for use in the library and other areas in the school environment, where WiFi services are presence. Furthermore, you can use it to send and receive messages. The school custom email address contains the school extension and it’s activate with Google. Example _(Fuoye.news.2738@fuoye.edu.ng)
The school email address for the students will contains your first name.surname.matric no@fuoye.edu.ng

Note: last digit of matrc No. Such as 2615.

If you are by name Adekunle, Adebola Dolapo from the department of Civil Engineering
With matric no. CVE/19/2641

Your email address for the school would be Adebola.adekunle.2641@fuoye.edu.ng

STEPS IN ACTIVATING YOUR MAIL ACCOUNTS

Step 1. Open your browser or gmail app on your android phone.
If you are using A browser

Step 2. Go to http://www.gmail.com and click on sign in or add account if you have an account signed in before.

Step 3. Enter the email address to sign in with, firstname.Surname.last digit of matric no.@Fuoye.edu.ng. e.g adekunle.Adebola.3726@fuoye.edu.ng

Step 4. Enter password, your default password is Fuoye123upper Case “F” and lower case 123.

Once successful you would be asked to change password, kindly enter a new password which you should be able yo remember. _There after you can complete your account by adding picture and  others as you wish to design your Mail_

If you are using Gmail app

Step 2: Goto add Account, >Google> proceed

Step 3. Enter your mobile Security Check, validating you own the phone

Step 4. Enter your email address as mentioned above adekunle.adebola.3726@fuoye.edu.ng. > proceed

Step 5. Enter default password Fuoye123 >proceed

HOW TO SURVIVE IN FUOYE (PART I)

So De•Efficient🎓 is here to give you tips on how to survive in FUOYE, I travelled all the way down from Lagos to Oye-Ekiti, before you travel, please be prepare mentally, emotionally and foodically (if you know what I mean) especially if you’re coming from Lagos, the journey is not Child’s play, I left Lagos (Iyana-Ipaja precisely) at 6:50am, I arrived Oye-Ekiti at 2:50pm), it was that late because there was a lotta traffic, normally it shouldn’t be more than 6-7 hours.

So getting to Oye was cool, it is a village though, but it’s gradually crawling into civilization, there are still mud houses and signs of ancient monuments, a lot of mountains, Hills, Valleys, Thick forests and stuff. Oye is filled with students, a whole lot of them, A lotta G•Boys, wannabe Slay mamas, etc.

Even as at now, mehn, if you’re searching for cheap houses, my dear, it’s not easy, Houses are scarce, from Irona, down to Idofin, down to Ilupeju, Ayegbaju and the likes, houses are freaking expensive, it’s better to sort out your accommodation as soon as possible, by Next month, Prices will be hiked by at least 10,000, travelling down here is not easy, but just secure your accommodation to relieve you of the numerous worries.

They have a little market here, the market is OK, Foodstuffs are kinda cheap though, There are no supermarkets though, so know where you’re coming, most of the streets here are usually deserted, so please, avoid walking at night when you get here, Electricity and Oye-Ekiti is

(FOR UTME AND DIRECT ENTRY APPLICANTS)

MONDAY, 1ST JULY – FRIDAY, 19TH JULY, 2019  
1.0      ADMISSION SCREENING EXERCISE

The Federal University Oye-Ekiti (FUOYE) hereby informs all applicants who have applied to FUOYE in the 2019 UTME to visit the screening portal ecampus.fuoye.edu.ng/putmein order to participate in the online screening exercise between Monday, 1st July and Friday, 19th July, 2019.

2.0  ELIGIBILITY

i)   Candidates who applied to Federal University Oye Ekiti and obtained UTME cut-off score of 160 and above.

ii)  All candidates must possess a minimum of five ‘O’ Level credits (including English Language and Mathematics) obtained at not more than two sittings in subjects relevant to their proposed courses.[check screening portal for subject requirements].

iii) In addition to item (ii) above, Direct Entry candidates must possess at least two (2) A’ Level (or its equivalent) passes in relevant subjects, or possess ND (Upper Credit), NCE (Credit Pass), HND (minimum of Lower Credit), or possess a good first degree in another field, as the case may be.

3.0  PAYMENT INSTRUCTION

·   Each candidate will be required to pay a screening fee of Two Thousand Naira (N 2,000. 00) only. Payment should be made strictly online on the University Screening Portal Using and bank Debit Card.

 REGISTRATION/PAYMENT PROCEDURE

Step 1: Logon to http://ecampus.fuoye.edu.ng/putme
Step 2: On Admission Menu displayed on the right-hand side, click “Registration Steps” and read instructions carefully
Step 3: Kindly Login with your JAMB Registration Number e.g 96510415CA [Note Password is not required]
Step 4: You will be required to complete your profile on the portal
  Note: Ensure to use a valid email Address and Phone Number, you can be contacted if required. Always check your mail and the website for updates and information
Step 5: After updating your information, activation link will be sent to your email box provided, click on the activation link to verify your email account and registration details.
Step 6: Login again after verification and you will be prompted to make payment. Follow the payment steps as provided on your screen
Step 7: Complete your registration by Clicking on the “Upload O’Level Results”
Step 8: Print Out your Registration Slip containing summary of your registration. For assistance send email toadmissionsupport@fuoye.edu.ng

 

4.0  IMPORTANT NOTICE 

Applicants for the Screening Exercise will be required to do the following on the University website.

i.      Submit a valid e-mail address and cell phone number in your Registration Form.

ii.    Complete the O’ Level section with the required  5 O’ level credits for the course applied for either in one (1) or two (2) sittings

iii.  Upload the O’ level result(s) as indicated in (ii) above

iv.  Submit your application and print out the screening report

5.0  Direct Entry Applicants

 

i.   In addition to the above information, you are also required to upload your statement/notification of results.
